Our itineraries are designed to bring you authentic experiences of Hamburg neighborhoods and major attractions such as Alster, Hafencity, the Reeperbahn and many more besides.
Your guide and driver are one and the same multi-tasking person, providing full commentary and a smooth journey throughout the tour. There are plenty of stops along the way for taking photos and stretching your legs.
Door to door service – pick up and drop off anywhere in central Hamburg.
Your Big-Black-Car can carry up to 4 passengers and prices are per car not per person, which will obviously cut the cost when split between several people.
Our tours are not ’drive-bys’. We make a lot of stops so that you can: look at, photograph and talk about Hamburg’s great landmarks. But, in order to see as much as possible, we don’t go into individual attractions (many of which have long queues and charge an admission fee).
At certain points during the tour, your guide will tell you all about a particular place of interest and then drop you off there, leaving you free to explore and take photographs or simply relax and soak up the atmosphere until you’re ready to get back aboard the SUV and continue the journey.
By the end of your tour, you should have a greater knowledge of places you may wish to revisit and explore in further during the remainder of your stay in Hamburg.

Places like Hafencity, museums and galleries take several hours to look around, and you may wish to go back and visit them ‘properly’ later during your stay, paying admission and exploring them at your leisure. If, however, there is a particular attraction that you wish to visit during your Big-Black-Car Tour, no problem. But it will obviously take up time that could be spent visiting other interesting sights.
Tours last for from 3 to 4 hours and can be extended to fill the entire day.
