Please ensure that the date(s) you requested are still available before you pay a deposit. Once you have re-confirmed the date, you can pay the deposit of €50.00 per tour via PayPal.
As soon as we receive your deposit, we will book you onto the tour calendar. Please note that your deposit is to secure the tour date that you booked.
Terms & Conditions in respect of cancellations are as follows:-
21 days or more – full refund of your deposit
Up to 7 days prior: 25% of the tour price payable
Within 7 and 2 days prior: 50% of the tour price payable
Less than 48 hours: 100% of the tour price payable
Any pick up/drop off outside the city of Hamburg may incur an additional charge, we’ll tell you how much when you book your tour.
