Is it a Private Tour?
Yes it is! Only you and your party will ride in our SUV.
You will not be squeezed into a seat next to a total stranger. Nor will you find yourself relegated to the back seat with a terrible view, and you won’t be forced to wait for 30 minutes for a bus that’s already full when it finally arrives.
You have your own Chauffeur and this Tour is YOURS to enjoy to the full.
When should we arrive for the Tour?
Arrive at least 5-10 minutes before departure time. If you’re late, you will lose part of your tour with no partial or full refund. All your party must be punctual if the Tour is to start on time.
How will we recognize our ride?
Easy! There aren’t that many Big Black SUVs driving around. And your Chauffeur will be wearing a sign with your name on it.

Who will be driving our car?
Your Chauffeur will be someone who loves driving SUVs, who loves people, who loves Hamburg and who loves introducing people to the wonders of Hamburg from the luxurious comfort of a big black SUV.
What kind of Cars do you offer?
All our cars are luxury SUVs like Lincoln Navigators, Range Rovers and Porsche Cayennes.
Do you charge per Person or per Car?
Our prices are per car and include 4 passengers in the ride. Prices indicated are for up to 4 passengers.
If there are 5 people in your party, we could arrange for the 5th person to join you for an additional flat fee of €25.
What kind of Tours do you offer?
Our Tours are entertaining and informative. And, when children are aboard, we make sure they have a great time!
Will there be a Commentary during the Tour?
Absolutely! Tours are narrated live.
What Languages do you offer?
English and German as standard, and other Languages on request.
What is the validity of my e-ticket?
Your ticket is valid for the date and time shown on it. If you fail to show up at the appointed time on the date indicated, you will either lose the ride altogether or have a shorten tour so as not to delay the tour that follows yours.
Do I need to buy my ticket in advance?
Yes, you do. This is a reserved tour. You don’t have to wait in line. We only work upon reservation. Reservations can be made a minimum of 1 day before departure time, subject to availability.
Can the Itinerary change?
Yes, it can. Unfortunately, we don’t control the Hamburg traffic system. So, if we are ordered to change our route, that’s what we have to do!
Apart from the affect of heavy traffic, we might also have to take alternative routes because of things like conventions, construction work etc., which are also out of our control. But, worry not! We will go out of our way to ensure that your experience is just as (if not MORE) AMAZING!
Are children accepted on the Tour?
Absolutely! Of any age. However, we don’t offer a baby seat. Toddlers that can sit and stay put can sit on their own. Otherwise, for safety reasons, they must sit on an adult’s lap. Unauthorized leaning or standing is not permitted under any circumstances.
Can pick-up and/or drop-off from a residence or hotel be arranged?
Yes, it can. And, it’s included in the price.
